Our workshops will support your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Our goal is that you are able to take what you need from our workshops and incorporate them into your daily routine.

Creation and Wellness


Creation comes in all forms. We offer workshops that will help you explore different areas of your wellbeing and learn to express yourself in a healthy, productive way. Our creation workshops include:

  • Crafting (Jewelry, bath products, embroidery, etc) 
  • Meditation

Movement and Wellness


Movement is healing! Our movement therapy classes will allow you to tap into parts of yourself while releasing the tension and trauma that is stored in our bodies. Our movement therapy classes are held in-person and virtually and are hosted by certified movement therapist, Danielle Branche-Brown.

Education and Wellness


Learning to take care of yourself is a life-long process. We understand not everyone has the privilege of learning or practicing self-care. Our self-care and education workshops will help you define what self-care looks like in a safe, non-judgmental, and encouraging space. Our workshops include:

What happens if I cannot attend the workshop that I signed up for? 

All workshops are recorded and emailed to those who have registered.


Are the events in-person or virtual?

All of your events are held virtually. If you are a Baltimore resident, you have the option to join our movement therapy classes in person.


What’s the difference between the Entry Pass and Class Pass?

The Entry Pass is a one-time purchase that gives you entry to 5 or 10 wellness workshops. Once your pass has been used, it may be repurchased. The Class Pass is a monthly subscription that gives you access to unlimited wellness classes.


How do I sign up for the events once a pass is purchased?

After purchasing your pass, you will receive a link and promo code to sign up for your designed classes.
